Alaria Therapeutics is located in central Victoria at #311- 895 Fort St.
Stairs and an Elevator are located at the entrance of the building.
What to do if the door is locked?
Please wait patiently, we are assisting other patients.
The door will open approximately 15 minutes before your appointment. Evening and weekend appointments the front door into the building may be locked please call us! 1(250)381-0681

What do i wear?
It's your choice!
We recommend if you're having a "injury treatment" that you bring gym wear or clothing that you can easily move in. First massage? Click here for more info!
Is there parking?
Currently Alaria has no dedicated reserved parking, but there is street parking on Fort St, Quadra St, and Broughton.
2 blocks east there is 2 hour free parking beside the cathedral.
Covid-19 policy
As the situation is ever evolving, our policies reflect the current situation. We are doing everything we can to ensure a safe environment for everyone including frequent sanitization and self monitoring of any flu symptoms. We will always have medical facial masks available if you and your therapist would like to wear one during treatment.
Direct billing
This is a courtesy service that we love to offer our patients.
However if your insurance is not set up or if their website portals are not running we will ask you to submit the claim yourself.
Cancellations
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you are unwell please give us as much time as possible! We appreciate the notice.
The reminder email you will receive is still within the 48 hour cancellation policy, please use this time to cancel if you are unable to attend.
